  With decades of hands-on leadership and international experience, our founder, Justin Stewart, built JustConsulting to empower organizations with the tools, insights, and execution strategies they need to succeed—efficiently, sustainably, and with measurable results.

The Founder’s Journey: Leadership Built from the Ground Up

  Justin Stewart launched his career in the oil and gas sector in 1998, starting from the field with Kennel Drilling. His rise to leadership roles by the early 2000s was fueled by a commitment to operational excellence and team-driven results. By 2003, Justin Stewart founded JustConsulting with a bold, practical mission: to help companies untangle operational chaos and deliver projects on time, on budget, and by the book. Built from years of frontline experience, JustConsulting began as a hands-on consulting outfit for project management, operations, and compliance.
From construction sites in Alberta to industrial yards in Central Asia, Justin saw the same gaps repeating: missed deadlines, bloated costs, and non-compliance—all due to poor systems, unclear roles, and reactive leadership. He knew there had to be a better way.

From Full-Time Operator to Fractional Strategist
What started as boots-on-the-ground project support evolved into a strategic consulting practice, helping companies build sustainable systems across logistics, heavy haul, safety, and international operations.
